The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up meals, making it easy to dine in or entertain. This quaint home comfortably accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. Refresh and unwind in a full bathroom that includes both a bath and a shower. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets to keep you fresh throughout your stay. The home also has an AC unit, perfect for those warmer months. The property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees plus tax will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. As located in an urban neighborhood, guests should expect some noise and foot traffic from city traffic and streets outside of the unit. We offer a completely contactless check-in process, allowing you to access the property at your leisure, day or night. Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
