Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets to keep you fresh throughout your stay. The home also has an AC unit, perfect for those warmer months. The property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
