This partially furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located in a prime East Millcreek location. 2 min. from I-80, 5 min. from Westminster and 10 min. from the University of Utah Campus and 15 min from Primary Children's Hospital. It's also close to the mouth of Parleys, Millcreek, Neffs and Emigration Canyons. 20 min. from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We've recently painted unit and it is move-in ready. This unit sits on 0.33 acres so there is plenty of front yard and back yard space. The fully enlcosed Sunroom is common space between this unit and Unit 2. Not only is the location amazing, the yard is fantastic. Secluded fully fenced back yard with beautiful views of the mountains. You enter Unit 1 from the ground entrance into the fully finished sun room at the front of the property (Door on the left). Then to the right of the Sunroom furniture is the front door to Unit 1. *This is one unit of a non-conforming triplex. the two 1 bed, 1 bath units are short term rented and pretty much stay booked all the time. *We allow for the parking of two vehicles on the property. Both of the smaller units each get one parking spot. Please always keep a driving lane open at all times for through traffic. *We allow up to one dog with a pet fee, but the animal must be cleaned up after always *Utilities are split, Unit 1 pays for ½ of electric, gas, refuse and sewer and will pay the amount owed to the owner each month with rent. *The books from the shelves and can organizer will be removed from the home. All other furniture depicted in the pictures can stay and be used by new tenant. No Cats, no exceptions Qualification Standards: Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 650. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. At landlord’s discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
