The villa includes a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with double vanities and a separate toilet accessible from the primary bedroom, and a separate vanity and toilet accessible from the hallway between bedrooms. A huge shower with a rainfall showerhead and floor-to-ceiling tile completes the bathroom. A fully loaded 4-seat luxury golf cart with a Bluetooth stereo is included for your enjoyment. You'll be within a golf cart's ride of the Piggly Wiggly grocery store and can easily access the Surfside Pier with its eateries and nightlife. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance.
