The upstairs washer includes an O3 water infuser for detergent-free laundry. The living room boasts charming design elements, a comfortable leather sofa, and a 55-inch Roku television. Work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area. Take in the fresh ocean air from the enclosed patio with comfortable lounging furniture, or admire the views from the upstairs balcony. Two dedicated parking spaces are available. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is also within walking distance. This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property.
