The upstairs washer features an O3 water infuser for detergent-free washing. The HVAC system has been treated for pure and healthy air. The living room offers charming design elements, a comfortable leather sofa, and a 55-inch Roku television. Work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area. Relax on the enclosed patio with comfortable lounging furniture or admire the views from the upstairs balcony. The upstairs bedroom features a Sven and Sons split king bed with a luxury memory foam mattress. The full bathroom includes a walk-in tile shower and a concrete double vanity sink. Located just steps away from beach access #1, this home provides easy access to a wide range of island activities, restaurants, and bars. The boardwalk is a short walk away, connecting you directly to the Gulf of Mexico's sugar-white sandy beach and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also easily accessible. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about a 10-15 minute drive to Destin. This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. Any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture will be charged to the guest. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed. Work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
