It's situated between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, with Beach Access #1 and its boardwalk just a short walk away, leading directly to the Gulf's sandy beach and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also easily accessible. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about a 10-15 minute drive to Destin. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is within walking distance. This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the patio and balcony. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and a 4-digit access code.
