This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
