Explore the nearby parks and trails, including Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, offering a larger continuous park space than Central Park. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding on the lake, or visit Arbor Hills Nature Preserve for hiking and biking trails. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are only permitted upon request and approval in advance. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable, and the fireplace is gas-operated, to be used at your own risk.
