Owners/Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises unless due to negligence or willful misconduct by the owner/manager. Owners/Managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all renters/guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
