The bathroom is private and fully stocked, equipped with all the essentials for a refreshing experience. Includes 1 parking spot and guests must print their parking pass. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights at $25 per night, 8-29 nights at $200, and 30+ nights at $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in or late check-out is available at $25 per hour, subject to availability, with requests made at least 24 hours in advance. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM daily. Noise complaints or violations may lead to booking cancellation and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy and unauthorized guests are not allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas, with a $500 fine for any signs of smoking. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 replacement fee. Late check-out without approval results in a $500 penalty. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Regular pest control is conducted, but occasional sightings of small insects may occur due to seasonal changes and warm weather. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and guest verification is required, including providing a government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card matching the ID. Check-in instructions might be withheld until the verification process is completed. In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved, and any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
