The private and fully stocked bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub combo, wash basin and mirror, toilet, fresh towels and washcloths, and essential toiletries. Includes one parking spot, and guests must print their parking pass. Centrally located, you're just minutes from top attractions, trendy bars, restaurants, and local businesses. All guests must be 23 years old and above. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance about bringing a pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM - 8 AM daily, and noise complaints or violations may lead to booking cancellation and removal from the property without a refund. Unauthorized guests are not allowed, and a $100 fine per guest will apply if discovered. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in the unit. A $500 fine will be charged for any signs of smoking. If a lockbox is provided, it must remain locked at all times. Some doors auto-lock, so please keep your keys with you at all times.
