The home is dog-friendly with prior approval, and fees apply. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Hot tub cleanliness fine is $250, and specific rules apply to its use, including no food or drinks, no glass, and respecting neighbors by keeping noise levels down. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
