One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Located just a few minutes' walk from the St. Augustine Distillery, Fish Camp, and Winery, this home is situated in the heart of St. Augustine's tourism epicenter. Lincolnville is a charming, walkable neighborhood known for its late Victorian era buildings and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment right on your doorstep, with attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum just a short stroll away. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed.
