The building offers exceptional amenities, including an outdoor pool with cabana covered seating, terrace lounge and community fire pit, high-definition movie theater, exercise facility and steam room, private footbridge to Jewel Osco, basketball court and yoga studio, business center and boardroom, and GE car charging stations and car wash services. Availability of some amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so check availability when booking. In the West Loop neighborhood, you can easily explore local gems like Little Italy, Union Park, and the National Hellenic Museum, thanks to proximity to subways and public transportation. Enjoy art and gourmet dining at Fulton Market Kitchen, or hunt for vintage treasures at Randolph Street Market, just a five-minute drive away. For convenient dining options, try takeout from nearby restaurants like The Publican, Carnivale, and Beatrix, all within walking distance from the apartment. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of USD$500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, notify the host prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the Guests. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors.
