Pets are not allowed, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
