No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation.
