House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
