This spacious house features six themed bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone. Enjoy two large living areas, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games, and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are perfect for gatherings, and the private pool with an option to add heat offers relaxation. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to set this up. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Indoor parking is unavailable as the garage has been converted into a game room. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a large clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just eight miles from Disney World and other world-famous attractions. The immediate area offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A camera is installed by the front door, another pointing to the driveway, and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
