The living area features a 58" TV and a soundbar, while the bedrooms and basement have 42" TVs. Enjoy the convenience of a 2-car garage parking and public parking. For entertainment, arcade games, air hockey, and a racing simulator are available (additional deposit required). This home is situated approximately 5 miles from Midway Airport and about a 26-minute drive from downtown Chicago. The fireplace in the home is not for guest use. Normal check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Failure to submit ID and/or security fees prior to check-in will not result in any refunds, and access to the property will not be granted. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' and not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation. There is a monthly utility cap of $300 for leases, and guests are responsible for any overages. For non-lease guests with pets, there is a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets. For leases, the security fee is $500, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. The security fee increases to $1,500 total for guests without pets if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy, and to $2,500 total for guests with pets if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after check-out date. Exterior security cameras are on site.
