The space includes two queen-size bed gel memory mattresses, two firm pillows, two soft pillows, a couch, and an accent chair. The full kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy the shared amenities, subject to the property manager's discretion. Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities, which needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders and visitors are allowed. Located in the heart of Grand Prairie, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, fob keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Local guests must indicate at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or the reservation will be canceled.
