Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent, and unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation.
