Located approximately 3/4 mile from public beach access, you are within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, family activities, parks, and shopping, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. Inside, you'll find a clean and budget-friendly rental space with a coastal modern vibe. The living room boasts a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, with a breakfast bar seating four. Natural light floods the space through a wall of windows and sliding glass doors. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. The bedroom features a king bed with an abundance of pillows, and the closet houses two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses. A Smart TV is available for your entertainment, and the bathroom offers a nicely remodeled shower and soft towels. The laundry area includes a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. For guests with electric vehicles, charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 applies for stays with house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fee. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in Destin, just minutes away from dining, shopping, and local attractions. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers two entrances for your convenience, with the main entrance leading directly onto Destin’s main highway and a side entrance providing easy access to a side street with a stoplight, perfect for avoiding traffic during busy times. This condo is part of a shared building, so occasional noise from neighboring units or common areas may occur. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and checkout is at 10 AM CST. Late checkouts will incur an additional day charge. Guests are responsible for disclosing any issues prior to checkout to avoid liability for damages. Refunds are not issued for lack of amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, or A/C outages, but efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly. Violations of house rules or terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund.
