The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. The bedroom features a king bed with an abundance of pillows, and the closet houses two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses. A Smart TV is available for your entertainment, and the bathroom offers a nicely remodeled shower and soft towels. The laundry area includes a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. For guests with electric vehicles, charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 applies for stays with house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and checkout is at 10 AM CST. Late checkouts will incur an additional day charge. Guests are responsible for disclosing any issues prior to checkout to avoid liability for damages. Refunds are not issued for lack of amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, or A/C outages, but efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly.
