Guests towing a boat in DeBordieu Colony must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees: Summer is $200 per week, $100 for 72 hours, $50 for 24 hours, and Fall - Spring is $100 per week. For DeBordieu Colony, golf carts must be battery/electric powered. In all other locations, gas carts are allowed. The fee for a 12:00 pm Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is $125 plus tax. This property is located in a gated amenity community. Please confirm in writing with the community association if motorcycles, moped motorized bikes, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, jet skis, campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicle are allowed. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM and the housekeeping staff has arrived, a $100 holdover fee will be charged to the guest, with additional holdover fees charged every hour until the guest departs. The minimum age to rent this property is 25. If a pet is discovered on a property not designated as pet-friendly, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given, and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
