With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this entire home offers room to gather, unwind, and feel at home with both home comforts and resort amenities. The layout balances privacy and togetherness, with one bedroom located downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs, making it easy to accommodate different preferences and routines during your stay. Sunlight fills the living spaces, creating an easy and unhurried pace. The main living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. A dedicated movie theater, a game room with a pool table, and a theme room add variety to how you spend time together indoors. The full kitchen is equipped to support everything from simple snacks to shared meals, with indoor dining areas. Step outside to the private patio and backyard, where the private pool and hot tub invite you to slow down and enjoy the Florida weather. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue grill make it easy to spend time outside throughout the day. Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge, with ample storage and access to bathrooms. Bathroom essentials are provided. Located within Solterra Resort, guests have free resort access to a wide range of shared amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, recreational areas, and a poolside cafe and clubhouse. If you would like to add private pool and spa heating, please let the host know in advance; the cost is $35 per day of stay. Located in Davenport, this home is within easy driving distance of Orlando’s attractions, shopping, and dining. A nearby supermarket and additional stores are just minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
