It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines or termination of the reservation without refund.
