This home offers a comfy living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a free washer and dryer, a private pool with the option to add heat, a game room with a pool table, and outdoor pool loungers. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample seating that will accommodate the whole family. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool and hot tub in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. Located in Davenport near theme parks, this vacation home is near many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. It's a 25-minute drive from Disney, 30 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are prohibited on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. [SI]
