The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dining table for gathering together. Essentials like cookware, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker are ready for use, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The enclosed patio game room is a favorite hangout with a pool table, NBA Jam, and Pac-Man. Board games add to the options for relaxed nights in. Family/kid friendly amenities include a high chair, pack 'n play/travel crib, and bathtub. A washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and a laptop friendly workspace make longer stays easy. The main living room invites you to settle into the large sectional and stream your favorites on the 75” Smart TV mounted above the decorative fireplace. Bar-top seating just behind the sectional creates an easy flow for conversation. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wireless internet keep the home comfortable year-round. Free parking is available on premises and a private entrance adds to the convenience. Located less than 10 minutes from Ohio Stadium at The Ohio State University and under 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, you’re close to museums, shopping, the zoo, and the energy of the city, while returning each night to a quiet, family-friendly community. Nearby attractions include Columbus Park of Roses, Goodale Park, Scioto Mile Promenade, Hayden Falls Park, Quarry Trails Metro Park, Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Scene75 Entertainment Center, Chadwick Arboretum, Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, Central Ohio Fire Museum, and German Village. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly community. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and amenities, but we ask that you remain respectful of the neighbors at all times. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
