Okaloosa Island offers a more secluded and relaxed atmosphere compared to its bustling neighbor, Destin, while still providing easy access to attractions, family-friendly activities, seafood restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots. The nearest public beach access is steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Two - Emerald View Beachwalk. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes must be removed when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs such as mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, and no-see-ums, as they may be encountered. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed, and guests who bring pets will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted.
