Please be mindful of tropical bugs such as mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, and no-see-ums, which are common in Florida. While pests are actively treated, you may encounter some critters, especially if doors are left open. The property is cleaned prior to arrival, and additional cleaning services are not provided during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Late check-out may be approved for a fee of $25 per extended hour. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes should be removed inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is detected.
