There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. This centrally located space is a great home base for convenient access to work, a relaxed lifestyle, and ample access to fun and entertainment. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
