Please note that we do not have onsite parking, and guests will need to utilize street parking. Certified service animals are the only pets allowed, and breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking if authorized. A one-pet-per-apartment limit applies, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties after approval. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Failure to return all designated fobs, keys, and/or parking passes will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Our convenient location provides easy access to work, a relaxed lifestyle, and ample opportunities for fun and entertainment. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient home base. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests can be on the premises at any given time. We cannot accept any package deliveries, and guests are not allowed to accept mail here or give out this address. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Additionally, the building itself is not managed by us and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us.
