A one-pet-per-apartment limit applies, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties after approval. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Failure to return all designated fobs, keys, and/or parking passes will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.
