The apartment also offers a washer and dryer for guest use and free parking. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or getting a taste of the favorite local eats, there's something for everyone. Located nearby the downtown square and the University of Arkansas, public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options are available. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
