Stay cool and entertained year-round with AC, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Outside, a spacious, grassy side yard awaits, perfect for little ones or furry friends to frolic. Plus, you’ll have a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer to keep things fresh. Parking is a breeze with tandem driveway space for 2-3 cars. There are two other cottages on the property and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. Located just east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, you’re just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the restaurants, shops, and beach at the end of Newport Ave. Dive into the vibrant charm of Ocean Beach with its weekly farmers market, fun beachfront activities, lively sidewalk musicians, quirky bars, and some of the best restaurants around. Nestled between the scenic San Diego River and the rolling hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is not only a surfer's paradise but also a haven for swimmers, sunbathers, and even four-legged friends. Ocean Beach is very walkable, however, a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Ocean Beach. Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car! Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. San Diego vacation homes are in jeopardy, so please follow these house rules to help preserve our property rights, avoid fines from police, and avoid fines from management. If any of the strict rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and immediate eviction may occur. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval. Registration Number: STR-02763L
