Stay cool and entertained year-round with AC, WiFi, and Smart TVs. Outside, a spacious, grassy side yard awaits, perfect for little ones or furry friends to frolic. Plus, you’ll have a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer to keep things fresh. Parking is a breeze with tandem driveway space for 2-3 cars. Guests will have access to the whole home. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. A trusted partner requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. The policy is enforced and must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but it will be made easy for you to initial and sign online.
