With high-quality furnishings, a chic L-shaped sofa, and two Smart TVs, you'll feel at home in this beautifully designed space. The apartment features a Michelin-quality kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with seating for two. Enjoy the master queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air, and take advantage of resort amenities like a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a laundry facility. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. A parking pass is provided at check-in and must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Resort amenities include a heated pool and BBQ grills. Located just a short walk from Clearwater Beach, you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques nearby. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the town without needing a car, although free on-site parking is available if you choose to bring one. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a legal ID and verification photo. No parties are allowed, and unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, with a $250 penalty for violations. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. A $125 fee applies for lockouts, with a $200 fee outside regular business hours. A 4% processing fee applies to all transactions, including refunds. Guests are responsible for a $15 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for items left behind. Weapons are not allowed on the property, with a $250 penalty for violations. A noise policy is in place due to potential weekday daytime noise from neighboring projects or renovations. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the Smart TVs, with a $25 service fee for unauthorized subscriptions or charges.
