The apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops, and wooden beams on the ceiling. The aesthetic is a blend of metropolitan ultra-luxury and a St. Regis seaside interior. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, two smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, a chic L-shaped sofa, and an island with seating for two. The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stovetop, microwave, farmer's sink, floating shelves, dual Keurig k-cup/drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a floating vanity with plenty of luxury towels. The master bedroom features an oversized queen bed with a waterview and a sliding glass door for fresh air. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in, which should be visible on your vehicle's dashboard. The apartment is located in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk. Enjoy the town of Clearwater Beach without needing a car, although free parking is available if you bring one. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay, and there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The apartment is professionally managed by a trusted partner, and their team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No parties are allowed at any time, and smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the apartment, with a $250 penalty for violations. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged for re-entry, or $200 if outside regular business hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival, including a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old to check-in, and any guest under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation cancelled without a refund.
