Enjoy the master queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air, and take advantage of resort amenities like a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a laundry facility. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. A parking pass is provided at check-in and must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Resort amenities include a heated pool and BBQ grills. Located just a short walk from Clearwater Beach, you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques nearby. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the town without needing a car, although free on-site parking is available if you choose to bring one. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a legal ID and verification photo. No parties are allowed, and unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, with a $250 penalty for violations.
