Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total). Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2” (1.88 m). You’re in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is just a short walk, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes). If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away, free, fast, and connects you to Downtown and the Arts District. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and there is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Don’t forget to take out the trash before you leave. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Pets are not permitted. Please review this section carefully before booking. By booking, you acknowledge the ongoing building repairs, blocked views, balcony closure, and limited pool access. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
