This open-concept residence offers a private balcony with expansive city views, perfect for couples or solo travelers. This residence features floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal expansive city views, leading to a private glass-railed balcony. The interior boasts crisp white and soft grey tones accented with bold pops of turquoise and orange. The living area includes a plush turquoise sectional sofa and a large-scale textured orange abstract canvas. A modern bathroom with dual vessel sinks and an organized walk-in closet system enhance convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, with limited availability and reservations encouraged. Located in Miami's dynamic urban core with a Walk Score of 95/100, this suite is a 1-minute walk from the Miami Riverwalk and a 4-minute walk from the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark and Mary Brickell Park.
