Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A dedicated workspace is available to help you stay connected and productive.
