Enjoy resort-style amenities including an outdoor swimming pool with lounge seating and a 24/7 fitness center. Complimentary valet parking for one vehicle is available. Onsite dining and convenience stores are also available. Located in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods, this loft is near the Convention Center, Dallas World Aquarium, Farmers Market, and Reunion Tower. Smoking is not allowed in the house or inside the building, with a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and a request to vacate. Pets are allowed with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. Events are not allowed, and there is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests are responsible for cleaning countertops, dishes, pots, and pans after each use.
