Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Located in Vilano Beach, this home is only a short 5-10 minute drive into the St. Augustine city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for all ages. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the back of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
