A third full bathroom is located across the hall from the queen bedrooms and has access to the pool deck. The backyard is a resort-style oasis with a large pool, a paver deck with seating, an outdoor dining set under a pergola, an outdoor bar with a sink, a two-hole putting green, a gas firepit, and a tanning deck. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests they will have to the correct amount; having more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation may result in an additional fee. Attempts to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
