Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are strictly enforced; guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of occupants to the correct amount, as additional fees may apply for undeclared guests. Parties and large gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions, are not permitted, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. A security camera is actively recording at the back of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the device may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises.
