Removing the smoke detector or vaping may trigger the carbon monoxide alarm, leading to an immediate visit from the fire department and a $1000 fee, plus immediate eviction. The complex enforces a strict no-parties policy. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having undeclared extra guests will result in a $200 fine. Any theft or damage causing loss of revenue or incurred costs for future reservations will be charged to you. Pets are allowed with prior authorization.
