Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any type of smoke is prohibited in the apartment and outside the building. Smoking is permitted on the street, but not at the door, and violations will incur a $200 per day fee. Vaping and marijuana use are strictly prohibited. Tampering with the smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm will result in the fire department being called, with a $1000 fee and immediate eviction. Guests must have a valid working phone number.
