Also included are a washer and dryer, and complimentary coffee. Great amenities await you, including stunning lakefront views exclusively from the club room, a luxury fitness center, access to Tempe Town Lake amenities, and a pool with spa cabanas and fire pits, with pool access where allowed by season and weather! Free parking is available first come first serve, or for $5 per day in the garage if the free surface lot is full or if you desire garage parking. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. This apartment is on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
