Parking is available for up to 4 cars, with 3 spots in the driveway and 1-2 in the garage. Ski and snowboard racks are provided for equipment storage, along with boot dryers. Located just 25-30 minutes from Snowbird and Brighton ski resorts, 40 minutes from Park City, and 25 minutes from the airport. It's also a mere 5 minutes from the Mountain America Expo Center. Strict quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 6 AM. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee.
