The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a great home-cooked meal, including standard appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials such as pots, pans, and utensils. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway. No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included with your reservation. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Welcome to Garland, Texas! Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed, and they should be kept off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. The property is equipped with a noise alert device to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. A laptop computer is not included.
