Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, as these are grounds for eviction with no refund. Exterior security cameras are present for your safety. The cabana is an adults-only accommodation and does not host pets. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The cabana provides fast WiFi, making it suitable for both work and leisure activities.
