Pets, including dogs, are permitted at the property only with permission. Certain types of pets are not allowed, including monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and certain dogs. The restricted dog breeds include some Terriers including Pit Bull (a.k.a. American Staffordshire Terrier or Staffordshire Bull Terrier), American Bull Dog, Tosa Inus, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Wolf Hybrids and all mixes of these breeds, or any dog over fifty (50) pounds. We reserve the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not picking up after their dog at the pet rest area at the roof.
