Relax by the public resort-style pool or get a quick workout in at the fitness center. Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious bed ensures a great night's sleep. EV chargers are available. Free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Guests are required to sign in after booking and upload a government-issued ID for verification and acknowledgement of house rules to receive check-in instructions. There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, with devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. A $250 fine will be issued for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge per bag will apply for excess trash. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Bugs may be present due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A $200 fine applies for pets, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Communication with neighbors/landlord is not allowed; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine.
