Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Bugs may be present due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A $200 fine applies for pets, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Communication with neighbors/landlord is not allowed; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine.
